We are very happy to help you with your boarding request. After reviewing our information; be aware we offer 24 hour cage-free boarding. To begin the process; we ask for you to drop in at one of many locations. Set-ups are done Monday-Friday; 729 West Randolph (at the corner of Halsted and Randolph). Please call (312-651-7387) to make an Appointment in the set-up time frame; this will avoid overlapping. During the set-up time frame, Urban Out Sitters would like to personally greet you and your dog (optional) and discuss service. Finally, you will be asked to fill out additional paperwork and set up an account. Take a moment and review our boarding pricing and how it will apply to your schedule or budget.

| Feeding: |
|
Owners must supply enough food for the duration of their dog(s) vacation. Separate each feeding into clear zip lock bags - with pet(s) name and feeding time (AM or PM). Allocate to proper amount of food; your measurements are different than our measurements.

| Belongings: |
|
You are welcome to provide blankets, treats and toys. Urban Out Sitters cannot guarantee they will be returned in the same condition.

| Medicating: |
|
Owners must supply medicine for the duration of their dog(s) vacation. Be sure medication is clearly marked with proper administering instructions. Allocate to proper amount of food; your measurements are different then ours servings.

| Mid-Day Pet Shuttle: |
|
Drop-Off before 10am (M-F) at Lakeview location; 3241 N. Dayton St. A complimentary service between stores; this service is designed to help transport dogs between our locations. Dogs are transported to our West Loop location, 729 West Randolph St.
Pick-Up after 4pm (M-F) at Lakeview location; 3241 N. Dayton St. Clients can arrange to have their dog(s) returned to the Lakeview location for pick up. Dogs leaving after 12PM are charged and additional $23/dog(s) for daycare. (Note: to avoid this charge; clients are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to Pick-Up before noon at the West Loop location.
Weekend Shuttle Service If a client needs to Pick-Up on a weekend; they are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. Mid-Day Pet Shuttle in only available Monday thru Friday.
Regular Pet Taxi Service If client needs Drop-Off and Pick-Up only for boarding; we offer a Pet-Taxi Service $20/each way. Available only on weekdays.

| Vaccinations: |
|
All dog(s) must be neutered after 6 months of age and up-to-date on current vaccinations (Rabies, Bordetella, etc). You may drop off vaccination copies at time of boarding; or fax: 312-277-0911. Remember, dogs in good health will have a more rewarding and restful boarding experience.

Just like home, you have to see this place. We are like no other boarding service. Your dog will stay in a home looking environment while we are able to comply with zoning. Our space is climate controlled and has air exchange systems.

- Special Attention Den for scared, shy, or geriatric dogs.

- Fresh food, water, and linens will be provided daily for your dog. We suggest bringing their own food to avoid unwanted tummy upsets. Feel free to bring any washable bedding material from home that may provide a familiar scent and make their stay more comfortable.
