Thank you so much for taking care of our beagle. Having just stayed at Urban Out Sitters for the first time, Melvin is as healthy and as playful as ever. It's good to know there's a place where Melvin can have a comfortable bed, spend plenty of time playing with other dogs and get the individual attention that pets so often need. We hope all of you enjoyed having Melvin as a guest and we will surely refer other dog lovers to your cozy establishment.

Hi Guys!

I just had to send you a note about Scott. He just called me from home to tell me that Herc made a huge mess in his cage. We're not surprised because he hasn't been able to go for four days. But I felt horrible that Scott was facing that mess. Instead, he insists on cleaning him up and cleaning up the cage. This is above average! Herc still can't walk, though he's trying and getting stronger every day. But Scott's help and kindness go a huge way to make Simeon and I feel okay about the fact that we simply can't be there to help him during the day.

Thank you for the flowers, the support, and the good wishes during this entire time. I recommend you to everyone I see...even if they DON'T have dogs! :-) It is the most wonderful thing to find great support, especially in the big city. Thank you doesn't seem to be enough. But....thank you!

Thank you so much for the thoughtful gift! The beautiful flowers and cuddly bear definitely fill our home with a sense of hope and encouragement.

Hercules did have surgery today on his spine at the Animal Emergency and Critical Care Center in Northbrook. He had one ruptured disc in the middle of his back, and the surgeon at the emergency center identified the exact location and completed the surgical repair work necessary to get Hercules back on his feet. Hercules went through the whole thing without any complications so far, and his vitals are all great! He is perky, and probably getting hungry, but they won’t feed him until Wednesday. He is due to be released by Sunday.

Thanks so much for taking care of Sammy over the Easter Weekend. I was so impressed by your new doggie hotel. I've toured just about every boarding place in the city, and because of that, I never wanted to board Sammy. Most places are either smelly, loud and stressful, or dogs have to spend most of their day in a crate. On the other hand, 161 North seems more like a home. You can immediately tell that the puppies are very comfortable and happy. I feel so much better now, knowing that I can leave town or go on vacation without guilt. Expect to see a lot more of us.

We are so grateful for all that UOS does to help us take care of our beagle, Lexi. We have been so pleased with all the services you've been providing to us over the past several months, from the dog walks and day care, to boarding. Lexi gets SO excited when we tell her its "time to go to doggy day care" as she really loves seeing you both and playing with the other doggies. Also, Lexi absolutely adores UOS' own Amber - she's the best!

We are also just so pleased with the home-like environment you have created for doggie day care and boarding. Lexi never comes home stressed out, just tuckered out! But most of all, we know that when our Lexi is with UOS, she is in capable, loving, caring arms.
