A perfect daycare and boarding facility for pet owners. Urban Out Sitters opened it’s second location in the West Loop (just around the corner from the first store). 729 West Randolph is an ultra fabulous daycare and boarding facility, a Palace for the Larger Dog.

Urban Out Sitters is best known for its convivial daycare and boarding facilities. The 729 West Randolph location has the same interior theme of French provincial infused with shabby chic. The space is unlike anything you have ever seen. Urban Out Sitters took over this three story building with more than 3000 square feet per floor. Tommy designed and created a working dog daycare, yet upheld the concept of a home-like, luxury environment.

The front office sells Retail and various merchandise ranging from high-end pet carriers, toys, delectable dog biscuits and a full-array of dog food supplies for home delivery.

The main level playroom is mouth dropping. It is a spectacular sight; a grand ballroom like playroom which has been masterfully designed; endowed with gold leaf molding; and breathtaking chandeliers. Wall sconces, renaissance paintings and curtains add to the finishing touches to the opulent interior. Beyond the main door toward the first level playroom, there is an observation deck for owners to see their dogs playing without interrupting their activity.

The second level daycare playroom is utilized for daycare and boarding. The room is designed with beds around the whole perimeter of the room.

Your dog will also play outside in 729 West Randolph’s Urban Bark Yard. The two huge outside lots have plenty of space for your dog to run, frolic and roll about all year round. This spring the Urban Bark Yard anticipates blooming trees, stone statues and agility equipment.

Most recently, Urban Out Sitters 729 West Randolph is opening a super luxury grooming salon. Bring your dog(s) for all their salon needs: grooming, aromatherapy, pawdicures or perhaps a session in the meditation center.

Urban Out Sitters Lakeview location is now open for Hours M-F 7am-7pm. It is located at 3241 N. Dayton. (I block North of Belmont - drive Clark St. 1 block north, make a right onto Aldine Ave.; then right on Dayton St toward building address)

This facility is a single level Carriage House, has a main playroom; four time-out rooms; and a small play room for large breed puppies or older dogs. Tommy redesigned this brick, timbered roofed structure into a beautiful working doggie daycare facility dressed with chandeliers; gold fencing; and decorative concrete walls.

Note:
This daycare is for larger dogs (available to small dogs wanting to play with larger dogs, by owners consent). A three day minimum is strongly recommended for daycare to better manage the playgroups and establish consistency with the staff.

Movie night is coming soon. Perhaps it will be held on Thursday Night and Sunday afternoon. Owners and their dogs can hang out in the facility to watch a movie. Some holiday events will be held in this facilities huge auditorium-like playroom. Come by and check out the space. It truly is a hidden treasure and a welcomed asset to the neighborhood.
