Saturday and Sunday Daycare at West Loop Daycare & Boarding Facility

- (The 729 W. Randolph facility offers daycare only to existing clients.)
- No Drop-Off/Pick-Up is available outside the allotted Drop-Off/Pick-Up time parameters.

Owners must supply enough food for the duration of their dog(s) vacation.
Separate each feeding into clear zip lock bags - with pet(s) name and feeding time (AM or PM). Allocate to proper amount of food; your measurements are different than our measurements.

| Belongings: |
|
You are welcome to provide blankets, treats and toys. Urban Out Sitters cannot guarantee they will be returned in the same condition.

| Medicating: |
|
Owners must supply medicine for the duration of their dog(s) vacation.
Be sure medication is clearly marked with proper administering instructions. Allocate to proper amount of food; your measurements are different then ours servings.

| Mid-Day Pet Shuttle: |
|
Drop-Off before 10am (M-F) at Lakeview location; 3241 N. Dayton St.
A complimentary service between stores; this service is designed to help transport dogs between our locations. Dogs are transported to our West Loop location, 729 West Randolph St.
Pick-Up after 4pm (M-F) at Lakeview location; 3241 N. Dayton St.
Clients can arrange to have their dog(s) returned to the Lakeview location for pick up. Dogs leaving after 12PM are charged and additional $23/dog(s) for daycare. (Note: to avoid this charge; clients are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to Pick-Up before noon at the West Loop location.
Weekend Shuttle Service
If a client needs to Pick-Up on a weekend; they are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
Mid-Day Pet Shuttle in only available Monday thru Friday.
Regular Pet Taxi Service
If client needs Drop-Off and Pick-Up only for boarding; we offer a Pet-Taxi Service $20/each way. Available only on weekdays.

| Vaccinations: |
|
All dog(s) must be neutered after 6 months of age and up-to-date on current vaccinations (Rabies, Bordetella, etc). You may drop off vaccination copies at time of boarding; or fax: 312-277-0911. Remember, dogs in good health will have a more rewarding and restful boarding experience.

Puppy Out-Relief:
Our Puppy Out-Relief program includes 2 or 3, quick in/out 15 minute bathroom breaks.

A specific regime for the senior pet in your household who needs special assistance. Try the 30 minute visit outreach program, which offers a walk, staircase supervision, administering medications, and muscle/joint massage. |

| Cat visits are recommended each day. General cat care services include playtime/exercise, scooping litter on each visit and checking food and water levels. Urban Out Sitters does not guarantee a consistent time for each visit. Clients returning home early from vacation or not refunded for remaining visits; please book accordingly. Clients with cat(s) requiring insulin will pay an additional $5 per cat, per visit |

Our Catsitters visit your cat(s) for 30 minutes each day. During the visit; you can expect they will replenish food and water, clean litter box; and can bring in your mail by request. As a courtesy, Clients may request a phone call during each visit. (This allows a client the opportunity to check-in with their cat(s), and speak to the catsitter.)
Please Note: Meet and greets are available upon request, however Urban Out Sitters has a team of catsitters and does not guarantee the same sitter for the duration of the service; therefore clients must leave detailed instructions for their cat(s) care.
