If you are looking for a pet, please try an animal shelter. Please call first and confirm the address, hours and adoption policies before going. Make sure to ask for directions.

 

If you've lost a pet, call the animal shelters in your area. Some shelters will take information over the phone, some you may have to physically go to. In Chicago, call police precincts also. Place ads in local newspapers and make posters giving a description and the area where last seen. Post in grocery stores, train stations and parks where large numbers of people will see it.
