Our team of catsitters visit your each day. Morning: 9-11am, Mid-Day: 11am-1pm. or Afternoon: 1-4pm. During the visit they will replensih food, drinking water and scoop the litter box. you can expect they will replenish food. As a courtesy, Urban Out Sitters will phone after each visit or email a catsitter confirmation report. 

Urban Out Sitters assigns a catsitter for the duration of the service. However, in the case of an illness or reassignment - Urban Out SItters will send a substitute sitter.

Urban Out Sitters offers sitting service each day. Every other day service is not available. 

Clients should consider booking service with proper coverage in their absence.
UOS does not recommended a cat unattended longer than a 24 hour time period.

Meet and greets are available upon request.

Amenities:

Cats are more comforatable at home.

Less stress on cats using in-home care.

Visits each day.

Phone calls or email confirmation report after each visit.

Clients must leave specific care instructions, including feeding details for out sitters to review.
Owners must supply enough food for the duration of their cat(s) vacation.

If your cat(s) require specific medical needs, medication with food - provide written instructions. 

Medications must be clearly marked with proper administering instructions.

Urban Out Sitters does not do injectables (insulin or fluids).

Urban Out Sitters requires (2) sets of working keys
Your keys are safely managed at our main West Loop Facility.

Supply (2) sets of working keys no less than 24hours prior to service.

Do not leave keys with a doorperson or on-site custodian.

All locks/doorknobs must be in working condition: keys must be provided for all locks.

Authorization
If your building offers 24hour entry (doorperson or on-site custodian);
Provide written access for Urban Out Sitters to enter the building and your dwelling. 
Urban Out Sitters is a bonded and insured company.

Drop-Off
The West Loop Facility accepts keys Monday-Friday 7am-9pm. Drop off keys no less than 24 hours prior to service. Clients may drop-off keys at our Lakeview Facility no less than 48hours prior to service - allowing ample time for transport to our West Loop Facility.

Pick-Up
Clients can leave their keys on file with Urban Out Sitters for future use or they can choose to pick them up after service. The West Loop Facility returns keys Monday-Friday 7am-9pm. Keys can be transported to our Lakeview Facility with 24hour notice. Urban Out SItters will not return keys by mail.

We know plans can change, however please understand we make accommodations with staff to care for each cat. Clients returning home early from vacation are not refunded for remaining visits.

Urban Out SItters is happy to assist with your service request. Clients may either call a
UOS location within hours of operation or utilize our reservation line. An email confirmation
will be sent to guarantee your service is booked.

We recommend you contact our office and speak to someone directly when booking service less than 24 hours. After hours overnight coorespondance via email or voicemail cannot guarantee next day service.
