| Cat visits are recommended each day. General cat care services include playtime/exercise, scooping litter on each visit and checking food and water levels. Urban Out Sitters does not guarantee a consistent time for each visit. Clients returning home early from vacation or not refunded for remaining visits; please book accordingly. Clients with cat(s) requiring insulin will pay an additional $5 per cat, per visit |

Our Catsitters visit your cat(s) for 30 minutes each day. During the visit; you can expect they will replenish food and water, clean litter box; and can bring in your mail by request. As a courtesy, Clients may request a phone call during each visit. (This allows a client the opportunity to check-in with their cat(s), and speak to the catsitter.)
Please Note: Meet and greets are available upon request, however Urban Out Sitters has a team of catsitters and does not guarantee the same sitter for the duration of the service; therefore clients must leave detailed instructions for their cat(s) care.

Clients most commonly leave specific care instructions, including feeding details for our sitters to review. Owners must supply enough food for the duration of their cat(s) vacation. Any medications must be clearly marked and notate specific administering instructions.

| Traveling without your pets? |

Are you traveling but have to leave your pet at home? Have you been too busy to provide your pet with the quality care he or she deserves? Research conducted by the American Humane Society shows that animals are most comfortable when they are in a familiar setting. Many veterinarians recommend that pets stay at home when their owners are away so their pets can maintain a regular diet, which avoids digestive problems, and sleep and play in their accustomed places, with familiar smells, sights, and sounds around them.

| Pet Sitting |

There are many perks included with your pet sitting service. During visits or overnight stays your pet caregiver can:
- replenish your pet's chosen type of food and supply fresh water
- walk, exercise and play with your pet
- provide litter box, cage, and accident clean-up
- collect and/or forward your mail
- pick up your newspapers
- water your plants
- provide simple pool or spa care
- bring in and take out trash
- alter your lights and windows
- provide a detailed report which can be posted on the internet

We ask that our clients give us at least 3 days notice prior to the date of service. However, Urban Out Sitters will fit in customers according to schedule availability.
